Seat Belt does not retract after being in accident?

I was in an accident with my car and the passenger side airbag deployed. Now my seat belt will not retract. Is there a way to fix this if I take it apart or do I have to replace the whole seat belt. Also, If I pick up a seat belt at a junk yard, are they universal. I have 2001 honda civic. I was not sure if another seat belt would work from a different vehicle.

The body is in shape besides usual fender rust on front back fenders and the rear quarter pannels are eaten pretty bad with rust. It was about to be smashed, so in all i saved this cars life I am wanting to bring some life back into the car.
I would like to replace most parts internal external, the longer of a list is better! Thank you all so much

How do I go about getting a car, that was sold for junk, out of my name?

Come to find out, this car was never registered in this guy's name, so I had to get an affidavit for a bonded title. He sold me the car for $1,500.
