Seat Belt does not retract after being in accident?

I was in an accident with my car and the passenger side airbag deployed. Now my seat belt will not retract. Is there a way to fix this if I take it apart or do I have to replace the whole seat belt. Also, If I pick up a seat belt at a junk yard, are they universal. I have 2001 honda civic. I was not sure if another seat belt would work from a different vehicle.

your seat belt will have to be replaced there is no fixing it if you get one from junk yard you will have to stay with model of your car and close to year 2/5 years
